Poor Leigh-Anne has had a bit of a bad time on tour recently.
Little Mix are currently supporting Demi Lovato on her “Neon Lights” tour, along with girl band Fifth Harmony, as they promote their album “Salute” over in the US.
However, things haven’t all been going so smoothly as Leigh-Anne has suffered a bit of a bump to the head.
Speaking to MTV, Perrie Edwards told of how Leigh-Anne was “cracked on the head” whilst they were performing.
Branding Leigh-Anne as a bit of a drama queen, she said:“Leigh-Anne is the most dramatic person you will ever meet, but this time, bless her, because honestly my heart went out to her,”
“Fifth Harmony have these things, and obviously no one knew they were going to be wobbling like the way they were,” Perrie continued, “And then we were just doing our own thing and then the next thing you know, this thing just comes down and cracks Leigh-Anne on the head.”
Ouch! As if that wasn’t bad enough, it didn’t end there!
Leigh-Anne added: “And then I fell to the floor and the mic went into my nose. I got a nice big lip, but I didn’t put any ice on it because I wanted it to stay plump. It’s a miracle really.”
Well, we’re glad that she’s okay now! Poor Leigh-Anne!
Little Mix have been supporting Demi Lovato on her Neon Lights tour all month.
But they have both been so busy that they haven’t actually spent much time with the American X Factor Judge.
Perrie spoke to Ryan Seacrest saying: ‘‘We haven’t actually spent that much time with Demi at the minute but it’s because whenever we are getting ready, we have to go on and then when she’s getting ready, she goes on so we kind of miss each other a bit.
”But, hopefully, we’ll get together and we’ll hang out and she can give us advice and stuff because she’s been in the industry awhile now and she’s amazing.”
Demi has also banned everyone from using alcohol or drugs around her on the tour, she was reported as saying recently: ”Everyone on the team is required to stay clean and focused. It’s not about trying to party. It’s about putting on the best show and everyone needs to be in tiptop shape. That’s how it should be for every tour.”
This comes of course after it was revealed Demi battled a cocaine addiction in the past. Fair play to you Demi!
We’re so jealous of anyone going to see Demi and Little Mix on the tour!
Our favourite girl group is set to release a cover of an awesome tune from the 1980s.
For this year’s Sport Relief charity appeal, Little Mix will cover 1986 song “Word Up!” by Cameo as the official single.
Sport Relief takes place every two years, swapping places each year with Comic Relief. Last year’s Comic Relief single was a mash-up of 1979 Blondie track “One Way Or Another”, and The Undertones’ 1978 “Teenage Kicks”, by One Direction.
The last Sport Relief single was JLS track “Proud” in 2012.
Listen to Little Mix’s awesome cover track below:
What do you think of the Little Mix charity single? It’s set for release on 16th March 2014, and can be pre-ordered right now, by clicking here!
It’s also likely that Perrie, Jade, Leigh-Anne, and Jesy will perform the track on Sport Relief’s TV telethon, set for Friday 21st March 2014.
There’s no music video for the song yet, but it shouldn’t be long until there is! They’ve already filmed the video, posting this little teaser on Instagram…
We can’t wait!
So, tell us what you think of Little Mix’s Sport Relief charity track! Will you be buying it, or do you prefer the tracks from latest album “Salute”? Comment below!
It’s safe to say that Little Mix are pretty much the hottest girlband on the planet right?
And being in the hottest girlband on the planet, you’d think that they would be fighting off boys left, right and centre.
Well apparently not!
Jesy has revealed that when the girls go out they don’t get chatted up by boys because they’re intimidated by their celebrity status!
She spilled the beans to The Sun saying: “These days boys don’t approach us, even when we’re single.
“There was someone I liked a while ago and our hairdresser was like, ‘He’ll never approach you because, to him, you’re a celebrity’. I get it because before I was doing this I never would have gone up to a celebrity but I don’t feel like I’m a celebrity, so I’m like, ‘Why can’t he ask for my number?’”
Well seeing as they’re all in relationships at the moment they won’t have to deal with that so much.
But still, if boys won’t ask out Little Mix, what hope is there for the rest of us?
What do you think about Jesy’s confession? Do you see Little Mix as celebs?
It’s a difficult choice, but we have to say that Little Mix’s new single ‘Move’ is our favourite one by them.
What we love even more is the video! The girls look amazing as always and their dancing is just incredible.
But now the girls have released an alternative video which purely shows the dance routine to the song.
So if you watch it enough you’ll be able to learn the whole routine and dance along with the girls when they sing the song on tour.
We might not be as good a dancer as the girls but if we give it a go that’s good enough right?
The single of course was released last week. It charted at number 3 in the UK which is absolutely amazing.
But this week, their latest album ‘Salute’ was released and we love it!
Make sure you get your copy of it. We can pretty much guarantee that there won’t be a track on it that you don’t like.
And while you’re at it, why not buy a few other copies for other people’s Christmas presents!
Everyone loves Little Mix right?
What do you think of this dance only version of ‘Move’? Will you be learning the routine?
